White-label
Run the verification flow on your own domain, in your own styling, in every language
Branding is a ladder, not a switch. You can start on the hosted flow with a "Powered by TrustWix" footer and climb as far as a fully custom experience on your own domain, without re-integrating. The API surface is identical at every rung, so moving up is a configuration change rather than a rewrite.
The rungs
Hosted. Our page, our domain, our styling, with your logo and accent colour. Nothing to build.
Branded hosted. The same page served from your own domain, so the user never sees a URL they do not recognise. Point a CNAME at us and we handle the certificate.
Full white-label. Your own capture UI, driven by the client token, with TrustWix appearing nowhere. You own every pixel, and you take on the capture-quality work that the hosted flow otherwise does for you.
Languages and direction
Pass locale on create as a BCP-47 tag and the flow renders in that language. The flow supports
right-to-left layouts natively, including mirrored capture guidance and controls, so Arabic, Hebrew,
Persian and Urdu are first-class rather than a retrofit.
If you leave locale out, the flow negotiates from the user's browser and falls back to English.
Theming
The hosted flow takes your logo, your accent colour and a light or dark preference, configured once in the console rather than per verification. It inherits the user's system preference when you do not force one.
What white-label does not change
The result contract is the same at every rung. The same statuses, the same verdicts, the same reason codes and the same webhook events, whether the user saw our brand or only ever saw yours. Your backend does not need to know which rung a given merchant is on.
Availability
White-label options are account entitlements. Custom domains and fully custom UI are enabled per account, so talk to us before you build against them.
