Overview
The first page you land on, and what each number on it actually counts
Overview is a summary of the environment you are currently looking at. It answers one question: is today normal. Everything on it is a shortcut into a page that can tell you more.
The five figures across the top

Automated and approval rate are the two worth watching over time. A sudden fall in automation means more of your volume is landing on your reviewers, and Analytics is the page that tells you what changed.
Volume
The chart is daily verification volume across the recent window. It is the shape that matters rather than the exact heights: a flat line where you expected a spike usually means an integration problem rather than a quiet day, and Logs will show whether the sessions were ever created.
Quick figures
Average completion is how long an applicant takes from starting to submitting. First-try success is the share of people who get through without having to start again, which is the honest measure of how much friction your flow puts in front of a real customer. Open reviews repeats the queue depth, because it is the one number on this page that somebody has to act on.
