One row per human being rather than per attempt, with their whole history in one place
Verifications are attempts. Persons are people. When somebody tries three times, they are three rows on Verifications and one row here, carrying all three.
This is the page to open when your own support team asks "who is this customer and what has happened with them", because it is the only place that answers it in one screen.
The list
Each row is a person, with their email, your own reference for them if your integration sent one, how many attempts they have made, when you last saw them, their document and their nationality. Filters narrow by flow, by document country, and by whether the person carries a fraud network signal.
A row can show that one of their attempts is open in the review queue, and who is holding it.

How a person is put together
A person is assembled from the attempts that appear to belong to the same human: the identity read off their documents, the face in their captures, and the identifiers your integration sent us. Their displayed identity comes from their most recent document-bearing attempt, so it moves as they present newer paperwork.
This is inference, not a fact you told us, and it can occasionally split one human into two records or, more rarely, hold two people who genuinely look alike. Their attempts are always shown, so the history is there to judge for yourself.
The detail page
Identity is read from their most recent document. It starts masked, and revealing it is recorded against your name.
Attempts lists every verification they have run with you, newest first, with the flow, the outcome, the score and the review state of each. Any attempt can be opened in full.
Fraud network signal appears when this person was matched by face or identity details to other verification activity. It can say the match reaches outside your account, how many distinct names they have been seen under across the network, and whether the identity has been reported for fraud. Details belonging to other organizations are never shown to you, and yours are never shown to them.
Checks shows what the engine concluded the last time it ran each check for this person, alongside their face match and liveness scores and, where a flow estimated it, an age estimate with the age their document states.
Photos collects the document scans and selfies from their recent attempts. Older attempts keep their images on their own page.
Tags put a label on the person rather than on one attempt, so it stays with them next time they come back.
Activity is everything recorded across their recent attempts, oldest first.
The banner at the top
When one of this person's attempts is waiting for a decision, a banner says which attempt, how long it has been waiting, and who is holding it. If it was escalated, it says it is waiting for a manager. Selecting it takes you to the case. If more than one of their attempts is open, it says that too, which is usually a sign somebody is retrying rather than something sinister.
