Team activity
Who did what, when, and to which record, including anything we did on your behalf
Every action your team takes in this console is recorded, and this is where you read it. It is owner-only by default, because it reports on colleagues, and an owner can hand it to somebody else one person at a time.
What is on the page
A chart of actions per day across the team, with review decisions as a second series, over the period you choose. Below it, the log itself: who, what, when, and which record it touched.
Revealing an applicant's identity is an action like any other and appears here with the name of the person who did it. That is the whole point of recording it, and it is what lets you answer a question about who saw whose data without taking anybody's word for it.
Rejections breaks out the reasons your reviewers chose as they rejected, and selecting one lists the cases it was given on. Every rejection in the period can be opened for the documents and the checks behind it.
Export takes the log off the platform as a file. It asks for a code from your authenticator app first, because the file names your team members and their activity.
Actions we took
If anybody at TrustWix acted on your data, for support or an investigation, it is counted separately at the top of the page and listed with their name and their reason.
A TrustWix operator can also sign in to this console as one of your people to help with a problem. Every time that happens it is listed here with who did it and why, and your owners are emailed the moment it starts.
This is deliberately not something you have to ask us for
Nobody at TrustWix can look at your applicants quietly. If it happened, it is on this page, and you were told.
What it does not show
Applicant identity. An event on this page can say that somebody revealed a record, and which record it was, without repeating the contents. If you need what was actually in it, open the verification.
